Garden Demonstrations

There will be a range of Garden Demonstrations on Sunday 9 May 2021 at Maitland Taste Deconstructed.

The demonstrations will give you the opportunity to learn from the best about permaculture ethics, designing productive backyards, integrated pest management and more!

We are excited to have our friends from Purple Pear Farm hosting the Garden Stage this year.

Purple Pear is a small peri-urban farm on the outskirts of Maitland who grow Organic/Biodynamic Food for subscribers in a Community Supported Agriculture Scheme.

They offer education in Permaculture and Biodynamics as well as skills for sustainable living, making cheese and sourdough, as well as soap and household cleaners, and preserving and ferments.
