Maitland Taste 2019 will serve up the goods with highly regarded chef Cory Campbell featuring as one of the event’s special guests.

Cory, who has worked at Matt Moran’s award winning Barangaroo House in Sydney, Vue de Monde in Melbourne and the two Michelin Star ‘Noma’ in Copenhagen, has a passion for fresh ingredients and for creating meaningful and delicious food for the people around him. Cory will host a range of cooking demonstrations at the festival, showcasing what he’s learned over the course of his acclaimed career.

Cory says, ‘I’m excited about coming to Maitland Taste. It will be great to spend some time with the locals, do some cooking and hopefully bring something new and different to the event.

‘While I currently live in Sydney, I’m from the Hunter so I feel I have a very strong connection to the area and all the amazing produce that can be found there. I’m keen to share some of my favourite recipes and I hope I can provide people with some skills or techniques that they’ll be able to take home and implement into their cooking’.
